The Joint Venture formed by Impregilo (leader, with a 47% share), Astaldi (24%), Pizzarotti (18%) and Aci Consorzio Stabile (11%), was provisionally awarded with the general contracting for the design and construction of a first lot of the Pedemontana Lombarda motorway, of a global value of approximately Euro 630 milion.
