The loan agreement has been signed between the Undersecretary of Treasury - Republic of Turkey and the foreign banks represented by MCC S.p.A. and WestLB AG (Milan) for a total amount of USD 305 million to provide the financial resources to complete the Gumusova-Gerede Motorway project.
