As regards to today’s press rumors regarding a supposed offer by Astaldi to Impregilo, the Company informs that:
- Astaldi S.p.A. is attentively examining the deal;
- an official offer has not been formalized;
- a Board of Directors of the Company has been called for next Monday, february 28 2005, to take the relative decisions;
- further information will be release following the Board of Directors session.
