Description
The contract involves the performance of a series of works (structural, plant engineering and civil works, etc.) for upgrading and office conversion of Gruppo Farmaceutico Angelini’s head offices in Rome.
The works for which contracts have been finalised to date amount to EUR 16 million, with the remaining EUR 14 million to come into play upon completion of the first phase.
The new real estate complex, about 12,600 sqm will comprise a central building to be used as a multifunctional centre as well as four office blocks arranged in an “L” shape, topped by a bridge building, with underground car parking and storage areas.
The use of eco-sustainable materials and technologies that allow for improved energy efficiency is also planned, as well as obtainment of LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification for environmentally sustainable buildings.
