ASTALDI: THE COURT GRANTS DEADLINE EXTENSION FOR PROPOSAL OF CREDIT COMPOSITION
Astaldi S.p.A. informs that, today, the Court of Rome granted the request for extending of 60 (sixty) days the deadline for the filing of the proposal of composition with creditors, the Company’s Plan and the related documentation required by law.
Subsequently, the deadline for filing the final proposal of composition with creditors and the Company’s plan is deferred to 14 Februardy 2019.
