ASTALDI: THE COURT AUTHORISES A EUR 75 MILLION FUNDING
Astaldi S.p.A. announces that it has received the authorisation to take out a loan of EUR 75 million, super senior pursuant to art. 111, Italian Insolvency Law. This loan is functional to the pursuit of the business continuity objective up to the deadline for filing the final proposal of composition with creditors. In particular, the loan is aimed at supporting corporate business operations, in order to benefit again of the cash inflows from the progress of work and thus to preserve the corporate value. The Ordinary Court of Rome granted its authorisation after having examined, inter alia, the terms and conditions proposed by a subsidiary of Fortress Investment Group on behalf of own managed funds and having shared the assessment made by the Company and the attestor as regards their preferability to other proposals taken into consideration.
