ASTALDI: START UP OF THE PROCESS OF VALORIZATION OF CONCESSION ASSETS

The Board of Directors of Astaldi, as part of what was already outlined in the Business Plan, has examined the results of a preliminary study for structuring an operation for the valorization of concession assets (both current and perspective). The Business Plan calls for managing concession assets in accordance with an “asset rotation” model, through operations of disposal or valorization of existing initiatives and investment in new initiatives, also as a function of the development and expansion of the business in this sector.
