Astaldi informs that, due to organizational needs, the Financial Calendar 2011 has been
amended as follows:
- the Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the Fourth Quarter 2010 Results, originally scheduled
for 11 February 2011, will be held on 14 February 2011;
- the Meeting of the Board of Directors for the draft financial statements at December 31, 2010, originally
scheduled for 23 March 2011, will be held on 16 March 2011;
- the Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the financial statements at December 31, 2010, originally
scheduled for 28 April 2011, will be held on 18 April 2011.
