Four Hospitals in Tuscany

In the wake of the success of Mestre’s new hospital and Naples’ future new hospital (“Ospedale del Mare”), Astaldi Group was subsequently awarded another project finance deal in the healthcare construction sector. The project concerned the construction and subsequent management of four hospitals in Tuscany located in Massa, Lucca, Pistoia and Prato.

The project involved the funding, design, construction and management of the four hospitals occupying a total covered surface area of 200,000 m².
