Astaldi S.p.A. (the “Company”) informs that the Insolvency Division of the Court of Rome assigned the position of Judicial Commissioner to Enrico Proia in the context of the composition procedure which the Company is currently carrying out. Mr. Proia will replace the Judicial Commissioner Vincenzo Ioffredi, who resigned from the position on 2 December 2019.
