Description
The contract to lay a second track for the Bicocca-Catenanuova section of the Palermo-Catania high-speed railway line (Italy) entails the construction design and performance of works along a route running for approx. 38 kilometres. The works will have a duration of approx. 54 months, including 6 months for design activities. 
The new infrastructure will ensure improvement of links within Sicily and its connection to Europe’s TEN-T system.
