ASTALDI: CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL

CHANGE IN SHARE CAPITAL AND NUMBER OF SHARES ISSUED PURSUANT TO ART. 85-BIS OF CONSOB REGULATION NO. 11971/99 AND ART. 2.6.2, SUBSECTION 1, letter a), OF THE MARKET RULES ORGANISED AND MANAGED BY BORSA ITALIANA S.P.A.

Astaldi S.p.A. (“Astaldi” or the “Company”) announces the new structure of the share capital, fully subscribed and paid-in, following the request of exercising 4,222,094 2020-2023 Astaldi Warrants made by Banco BPM on 26 November 2020; as a result 4,222,094 2020-2023 Astaldi Warrants have been consequently cancelled and 4,222,094 Astaldi Ordinary Shares have been assigned to Banco BPM.
