The State Council, with its decision passed on May 10th, 2005, confirmed that the joint venture led by Astaldi S.p.A. – which includes also Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. and Techint S.p.A. – shall act as sponsor for the construction and management of the project for the four hospitals in Tuscany (Prato, Pistoia, Lucca and Massa).
