ASTALDI, INDUSTRIAL AGREEMENT SIGNED WITH BUSI GROUP FOR INTEGRATION INTO THE SYSTEMS AND MAINTENANCE SECTORS

Astaldi, through its wholly-owned subsidiary nBI S.r.l., has signed an agreement with the Busi Group, having the following purpose: (i) leasing Busi Impianti S.p.A.’s Italian business units for Systems and Maintenance alone; and (ii) making the preliminary contract for the subsequent purchase of said business units, in the setting of Busi Impianti S.p.A.’s composition with creditors procedure, currently being presented.
