Astaldi S.p.A. informs that Ing. Vittorio Di Paola has resigned as
Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Paolo Astaldi, Chairman of Astaldi S.p.A., said that
" he and the Company are thankful to Ing. Vittorio Di Paola for the great contribution that
he has rendered to the Company for having allowed it to become a leader in the sector both
in Italy and abroad".
Ing. Vittorio Di Paola will continue to be Honoray Chairman of the Company.
