Astaldi S.p.A. informs that it has opted for exemption from drawing up the 2005 second quarter financial statements, pursuant art. 82 bis, section 3, of CONSOB Regulation no. 11971/99. Consequently, as a partial change in the Company financial calendar, Astaldi S.p.A. announces that the Board of Directors' Meeting originally scheduled for 29 July 2005 will not be held.
